Exchanges/Returns

All of our jewelry is handcrafted. We strive for excellence but as with all things in life, nothing is perfect.

Exchange: If you encounter a problem with the sizing of a piece of our jewelry, we will exchange for a better size, as long as the piece is in excellent condition.

Returns: For returns, if the piece has not been customized, we will accept returns within 30 days.

 

Please contact us anytime and we will gladly work individually with you to ensure we are all completely satisfied.

Repairs
Hey, we understand firsthand that things can break. If your handcrafted piece breaks, please use letter mail to ship back the entire piece or drop it off to us in Orleans, ON and we will do our very best to repair it. If we cannot repair, we will replace it. If it arrives broken in the mail, please send us a photo of the broken piece and we will refund you or provide you with a new piece, free of charge. We will provide repairs for LIFE.

 

If it has visibly been mishandled, maltreated and our advice has not been taken about proper care, we cannot exchange the piece or provide a refund. But you get that, right?
