The holidays can make things feel a bit tricky with the big question of what to buy your son's girlfriend for her holiday gift. Maybe she’s been part of the family Christmas routine for years. Or maybe this is a new relationship and you’re not sure if she’ll even be at the tree on the 25th.

If it’s early days, check in with your son. Ask him what feels right for your gift to her, what kind of price range is he comfortable with you spending, and go from there. Keeping it clear helps everyone breathe a little easier.
