Returns: For returns, if the piece has not been customized, I will accept returns within 30 days. If your handcrafted piece breaks, please use letter mail to ship back the entire piece or drop it off to me in Orleans, ON and I will do my very best to repair it. If I cannot repair, I will replace it. If it arrives broken in the mail, please send me a photo of the broken piece and I will refund you or provide you with a new piece, free of charge. I will ALWAYS provide repairs as long as I have my hands and tools to fix it! If it has visibly been mishandled, maltreated and the advice has not been taken about proper care , I cannot exchange the piece or provide a refund. But you get that, right? I know accidents happen and I want to make it right for you.
